My approach is to listen, first and foremost, because no one knows your body better than you. From there, each treatment is tailored to meet you where you are at every session, based on our discussion and my diagnostic techniques.
The holistic nature of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is to treat the whole person and to address the root cause of symptoms. I do this by using time-tested traditional methods that are backed by scientific research.
I hope to instill in my patients a sense of joy in prioritizing health and wellness by learning to tune into the body’s queues, enjoy delicious nourishing foods, and make mindful, good-for-you choices that help you feel great and allow you to live life to the fullest.
